II. Scope of Services
Our services are strictly administrative, consultative, and logistical. Our core service categories include:

III. User Obligations and Data Accuracy
The User explicitly agrees and warrants that all passport and identity information provided is 100% accurate. Passports must meet the minimum 6-month validity requirements. IV. Fees, Payments, and Digital Service Nature
All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-DSS–compliant gateways.

V. Cancellation, Refund, and Digital Service Waiver
Non-Refundable Policy (Critical Clause): By completing payment, the User acknowledges that services commence immediately. Under UK & EU digital service regulations, this constitutes a digital service with immediate performance, thereby waiving the right to withdrawal or refund.

VI. Government Authority and Limitation of Liability
Visa issuance is the exclusive authority of the Government of Azerbaijan. We do not guarantee approvals. We are not liable for flight, hotel, or opportunity losses resulting from government delays or policy changes. VII. Fraud Prevention and Chargeback Policy
