2. FEE STRUCTURE

The total fee charged for our services consists of:

• Statutory & Government Fees: Mandatory levies required by official authorities for your specific application.

• Service & Consultancy Fees: Fees for professional document review, manual data entry, 24/7 administrative support, and application management. By making a payment, you agree that you are purchasing a comprehensive service package.

3. STRICT NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY (ALL SALES ARE FINAL)

All payments made to NEXUS SOLUTIONS GLOBAL LTD are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Once a payment is processed, the transaction is considered final. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy, including:

• Government Rejection: If an application is rejected by official authorities, no refund will be issued as all service and statutory costs are consumed upon submission.

• Client-Side Errors: We are not responsible for rejections due to typos, incorrect data, or invalid documents provided by the client.

• Change of Mind: No refunds will be issued if you decide to withdraw your application or cancel your request after the payment has been finalized.

4. WHY WE DO NOT SUPPORT CHARGEBACKS

Our professional service begins the exact moment your payment is confirmed. At this stage, our team immediately initiates manual data verification, administrative processing, and official filing preparations. These actions involve immediate operational costs, labor, and non-refundable statutory fees paid to third-party authorities on your behalf.

Because the service is initiated and delivered in real-time, it is legally categorized as a "completed digital service." Therefore, any attempt to initiate a "Chargeback" through your bank would be inaccurate, as the service you purchased has already been rendered. We encourage our clients to contact our support team to resolve any concerns, as we are committed to professional service management.

5. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF AUTHORITY

NEXUS SOLUTIONS GLOBAL LTD is a private consultancy and does not guarantee approval from government bodies. By finalizing your payment, you acknowledge that our service is for the processing and management of your application, and all sales are final.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

Once a service order is confirmed, NEXUS SOLUTIONS GLOBAL LTD does not offer cancellations or partial refunds. 100% of the fee is retained to cover immediate administrative costs, currency exchange fluctuations, and predefined operational expenses incurred by the Company.
