Yes. Azerbaijan's e-Visa system allows family applications for two to ten people. However, every traveller needs their own e-Visa, including children whose details appear in a parent's passport. Each person's information must be provided accurately.
An Azerbaijan e-Visa is valid for 90 days and allows a stay of up to 30 days. It permits one entry only. If you leave Azerbaijan and wish to return, you will generally need a new visa or another valid basis for entry.
