We offer two consultancy packages for eligible applicants: Standard and Urgent.
Both include our application-handling service and the applicable official charges. The main difference is the processing option selected for the official ASAN application.
Standard e-Visa Service
USD 50 per applicant
Published official processing time: 3 working days
Our Standard service is intended for travellers who can allow sufficient time for the application review, payment and official processing stages.
The package includes:
- An initial review of the information and documents you provide.
- Checks for missing details and apparent inconsistencies.
- Assistance with preparing the application for official submission.
- Handling the agreed official application steps after verified payment.
- Recording and monitoring the official application outcome.
- Communicating the verified decision to you.
The total price is USD 50, including applicable government charges and our consultancy fee.
Standard processing is carried out by the Azerbaijani authorities within the published period of three working days after official submission. Our separate consultancy review is not included in that period.

Our Urgent service is designed for travellers who need the faster official ASAN processing option.
It includes the same core consultancy assistance as our Standard service, with the urgent processing option selected for the official application.
The total price is USD 100, including applicable official charges and our consultancy fee.
According to the official ASAN Visa system, urgent applications are processed within three hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Important: The three-hour period applies to the official processing stage. It does not include our initial review, any necessary document corrections, payment verification or preparation before submission.
Urgent processing does not guarantee visa approval or delivery before a particular flight.

2. How Our Service Works
We have organised our consultancy process into four stages so that you know what happens before and after payment.
Step 1 — Submit Your Application
Where online submission is available, complete the application form with your nationality, passport information, personal details, intended travel dates and address information.

Upload the supporting documents requested in the form and choose Standard or Urgent processing at the final review stage.
Check the information carefully before selecting Submit for Review.
There is no payment at this stage.
If online submission is unavailable, contact support@evisazerbaijann.com for guidance before sending documents or attempting payment. Do not send passport copies through ordinary email.
Step 2 — Our Team Reviews Your Details
A member of our team examines the information and supporting documents to assess whether we can proceed with the selected service.

We look for missing details, apparent inconsistencies, unreadable documents and other issues that may affect the preparation of the application.
If clarification or a replacement document is needed, we will explain what you need to provide.
If the application cannot proceed through our service, we will inform you without requesting payment.
Our initial assessment is a consultancy review, not a decision by the Azerbaijani authorities.
Step 3 — Confirm Your Service and Make Payment
If your application passes our initial review, we provide a payment request for the service you selected.

Where online payment tracking is available, your application will show Awaiting Payment while a valid payment request remains outstanding.
Payment is treated as successful only after it has been confirmed by the payment provider and matched to your application.
Once payment has been verified and any legally required consent to begin the service has been recorded, we can start the paid application-handling work.
If the online payment facility is unavailable, contact our support team for guidance. Do not attempt payment through an unverified link or send payment card details by email.

Step 4 — Official Application and Decision
We prepare and handle the agreed official application steps using your submitted information and supporting documents.

Once the application has been officially submitted, its progress is governed by the relevant Azerbaijani authorities.
We record the official reference where available, monitor the outcome through the appropriate authorised channels and communicate the verified result.
An application may be approved or refused.
Only the competent Azerbaijani authorities can decide whether an e-Visa will be issued.

3. What Our Consultancy Service Includes
Our assistance covers the practical stages of preparing and handling an Azerbaijan e-Visa application.
Eligibility Guidance

Eligibility depends on the applicable official rules and the passport you intend to use.

Passport and Document Review
Your passport details must match the travel document used for the application.
We review the information provided and check whether uploaded documents are complete and sufficiently readable for the next stage.
Our review may identify mistakes, but it is not a guarantee that a document is authentic or that the authorities will accept it.

Assistance With Corrections
If we identify an issue before official submission, we may request updated information or replacement documents.
This allows you to address apparent problems while your consultancy application is still being prepared.
Once an application has been submitted to ASAN, correcting the information entered into the official application requires a new e-Visa application.
Any additional paid service required for a new application will be explained before payment.
Official Application Handling
After verified payment and completion of the required contracting steps, we handle the agreed administrative procedures associated with the official application.
This includes preparing the information for submission, dealing with applicable official charges and maintaining the relevant application records.
We do not claim that our consultancy has special influence over official immigration decisions.
Application Updates and Outcome Communication
Your consultancy application reference allows your case to be identified throughout our service.
Where the online tracking feature is available, you can access application information using the required reference, registered email address and email verification code.
The customer-facing statuses may include Under Review, Action Required, Awaiting Payment, Completed and Unable to Proceed.
A Completed status means a verified official decision has been recorded. It does not automatically mean the visa was approved.

4. Before You Apply
Taking a few minutes to check the relevant requirements can help avoid preventable errors.
Check Your Passport
Under the official ASAN rules, your passport or accepted travel document must remain valid for at least three months beyond the expiry date of the e-Visa to be issued.
Use the same travel document when applying and travelling.
Check Your Eligibility
ASAN e-Visa eligibility depends on your nationality and the relevant immigration conditions.
Some travellers may qualify for visa-free entry or another visa arrangement instead of an e-Visa.

Understand the Visa Conditions
An Azerbaijan ASAN e-Visa is generally a single-entry visa valid for 90 days, permitting a stay of up to 30 days.
The visa validity period and the permitted length of stay are not the same.
An issued visa does not guarantee admission at the border.
Allow Time for Our Review
The official three-working-day and three-hour processing periods do not include the time needed for our initial review, document corrections or payment confirmation.
Please allow sufficient time before your intended journey. We cannot guarantee that an application will be approved or completed before a particular travel date.

What is the difference between Standard and Urgent?
Both include our core consultancy and application-handling services. The main difference is the official processing option: three working days for Standard and three hours for Urgent after the relevant official submission.
The consultancy review and payment stages take place separately.
Do I need to pay when I submit my application?
No. We review your application first. You receive a payment request only if our team confirms that we can proceed with the selected service.
Are official government charges included in your prices?
Yes. Our USD 50 Standard and USD 100 Urgent prices include the applicable official charges and our consultancy fee.
These are not the fees for applying directly through the official ASAN Visa portal.
Can you guarantee that my Azerbaijan e-Visa will be approved?
No. Our service concerns consultancy, document review and application handling. The decision to approve or refuse an application belongs exclusively to the competent Azerbaijani authorities.
Will I receive a refund if the authorities refuse my visa?
An official refusal does not, by itself, establish an entitlement to a refund of consultancy services properly provided.
Any refund entitlement depends on the agreed service, work performed and applicable consumer protection law.
