Our service follows a simple principle: you submit your application, our team reviews it, and payment is requested only when we confirm that we can proceed.
Once payment has been verified, we begin the paid service and arrange the relevant official application steps. You can check the progress of your request using your application reference.

Important: Our initial review is not a visa approval, and paying for our service does not guarantee that a visa will be issued.
Step 1 — Complete Your Online Application
Start by opening our online Azerbaijan e-Visa application form.
The form is organised into four sections to help you provide accurate information without navigating a single, lengthy page.
1. Eligibility and Passport Information
Select your nationality, passport-issuing country and passport type, then provide the required passport and intended travel details.
The system checks your information against the eligibility rules used for our Azerbaijan ASAN e-Visa service.
If your selected nationality or travel document does not meet the applicable requirements, you will be notified before proceeding.
Being ineligible for an ASAN e-Visa does not necessarily mean that you cannot travel to Azerbaijan. Other visa arrangements may apply.

2. Personal and Contact Details
Enter your personal information exactly as it appears in your travel documents.
This includes the required personal details, date and country of birth, occupation, email address and telephone number.
Take particular care with names, dates and passport numbers. Differences between the form and supporting documents may require clarification or correction.
3. Address Information and Document Upload
Provide your permanent residence details, relevant address information and intended accommodation address in Azerbaijan.
Upload the passport and travel document files requested in the application form.
Make sure that document images are complete, legible and consistent with the information you have entered. A successful upload does not mean that a document has been accepted or authenticated by the authorities.

4. Review Your Details and Select a Service
Before submitting, review the information you have entered.
At this final stage, select one of our two service options:
- Standard e-Visa — USD 50 per applicant
- Urgent e-Visa — USD 100 per applicant
Read the applicable service terms and privacy information, confirm the required declarations and select Submit for Review.
You will not be asked to pay when submitting your application for initial review.
Step 2 — Our Team Reviews Your Application
After submission, your application is recorded and assigned a unique reference number.
Our team reviews the information and supporting documents to identify missing details, inconsistencies or issues that may prevent us from proceeding.
Depending on the circumstances, we may check:
- Whether the selected nationality and passport type meet the relevant eligibility requirements.
- Whether passport details agree with the documents provided.
- Whether the passport validity and intended travel dates meet the applicable conditions.
- Whether mandatory information and supporting files have been provided.
- Whether clarification or a replacement document is required.
A review can identify potential problems, but it cannot establish that a passport is genuine or guarantee a favourable immigration decision.
If We Need Additional Information
If something needs correcting, we will explain what is required.
You may be asked to provide an updated document or correct specific details through the appropriate secure application channel.
You should not need to begin a completely new application merely because a document requires clarification.
If We Cannot Proceed
If the application does not meet the requirements of the service we offer, we will inform you that we are unable to proceed.
You will not be sent a payment request for an application that has not passed our initial service review.
This is a decision about our ability to provide the service, not a formal visa refusal by the Azerbaijani authorities.
Step 3 — Receive Your Payment Request
If our team confirms that your application can proceed, we will send you a payment request for the service selected during your application.
The price and payment details will be provided before you pay.

Our total prices of USD 50 for Standard and USD 100 for Urgent include the applicable government charges and our consultancy service fee. These are our private consultancy package prices, not the fees charged for applying directly through the official ASAN Visa portal.
The official processing times above refer to the Azerbaijani authorities' processing of a properly submitted e-Visa application. They do not begin when you first complete our consultancy form.
Our initial review, receipt of payment, any document corrections and preparation for official submission take place separately. Urgent processing does not guarantee a visa or an arrival deadline.
How to Complete Your Payment
When payment is requested, your application tracking screen will show:
Awaiting Payment
Select Continue to Payment to access the secure payment request associated with your chosen service.
A Standard application will be directed to the applicable USD 50 payment request; an Urgent application to the applicable USD 100 request.
If you leave the payment page or your transaction is unsuccessful, your application will remain Awaiting Payment until a valid payment is confirmed or the payment request is otherwise resolved.
Your payment is recorded as successful only after confirmation from the payment provider. Returning to our website or seeing a payment confirmation screen does not, by itself, establish that payment has been received.

Step 4 — Official Submission, Decision and Delivery
Once payment has been successfully verified, our team can begin the paid service.
We prepare and handle the relevant official application steps using the information and documents provided.
Your consultancy application reference remains linked to your case. Once an official application has been submitted, the relevant official reference is also recorded for tracking and reconciliation.
Official Processing
According to the Azerbaijan ASAN Visa system, standard e-Visas are processed within three working days, while urgent applications are processed within three hours, including non-working days and public holidays.
These are the published official processing periods, not a guarantee that an application will be approved.
The Azerbaijani authorities may refuse an application or take action under the applicable immigration rules.
Receiving Your Result
When an official outcome is received and reliably matched to your application, the result is recorded and communicated to you.
Your application will then show Completed.
The outcome will be clearly identified as appropriate:
- Visa Approved: An official e-Visa has been issued.
- Visa Refused: The authorities have refused the application.
Completed means that an official decision has been recorded; it does not automatically mean that a visa has been approved.
Where an e-Visa has been issued, you should check its details carefully, print the visa and carry it with the same passport used for your application when travelling.
Track Your Application Online
You can check the progress of your consultancy application without contacting our team for every update.
Select Track Application from the website menu. Enter your application reference and registered email address, then verify your email using the one-time code sent to you before viewing your application details.
The tracking system provides the latest recorded status of your request.
Understanding Your Application Status

| Application Not Found | No matching application was found for the information entered. |
If your application is Awaiting Payment, the Continue to Payment option will remain available while an authorised payment request is outstanding.
Once payment is confirmed, the payment option disappears and your application returns to Under Review while the service continues.
The tracking status relates to the application being handled through our consultancy service. It should not be confused with the status of a separate application made directly through the official ASAN Visa portal.
Before You Apply: Important Information
Check Your Eligibility
Azerbaijan e-Visa eligibility depends on the nationality and travel document used, together with the applicable rules.
Travellers with more than one nationality must use the appropriate passport consistently. An e-Visa issued for one passport cannot simply be transferred to another travel document.
If you are unsure about your eligibility, review the Eligible Countries guidance before applying.
Check Your Passport Validity
Under the official ASAN Visa conditions, your travel document must remain valid for at least three months beyond the expiry date of the e-Visa to be issued.
Check the relevant dates carefully. Do not rely solely on the passport's validity on your intended arrival date.
Allow Enough Time Before Travelling
The official application rules require standard e-Visa applications to be submitted at least three working days before arrival, or at least three hours before arrival for urgent applications.
Because our service includes a separate pre-payment review, we recommend allowing additional time for document checks, payment and official submission.
Do not make non-refundable arrangements on the assumption that your visa will be approved by a particular time.
Understand the Permitted Stay
A standard Azerbaijan ASAN e-Visa is generally a single-entry visa with a validity period of 90 days and permission to stay for up to 30 days.
The visa's validity period and the number of days you may remain in Azerbaijan are different. Always check the conditions printed on your issued visa.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to pay before my application is reviewed?
No. You first submit your application and supporting documents for our team's initial review. Payment is requested only when we confirm that we can proceed with the selected service.
How do I know whether my application has been received?
Once your application is successfully recorded, you receive a reference number and an acknowledgement at your registered email address. You can use the reference to follow your application through our tracking service.
What happens if I enter incorrect passport information?
Before official submission, we may ask you to correct information or provide replacement documents as part of our consultancy review. Once an application has been submitted to ASAN, correcting the submitted information requires a new e-Visa application.
Can I change from Standard to Urgent processing?
You may contact our team to request a change. Any change depends on the stage of your application and whether the relevant processing option remains available. A new price or payment request must be confirmed before proceeding.
What if my payment fails?
Your application will remain Awaiting Payment while an authorised payment request is outstanding. You can return through the Continue to Payment option to attempt payment again.
Does Under Review mean my visa has been submitted to the government?
Not necessarily. Under Review is a customer-facing consultancy status covering different stages of our work. Official submission is recorded separately, after the relevant steps have been completed.
What does Completed mean?
Completed means a verified official decision has been recorded against your application. The result may be an approval or a refusal, and the actual outcome will be communicated separately.
Can you guarantee that my visa will be approved?
No. We provide application support, document review and handling of the relevant administrative steps. The final decision belongs exclusively to the competent Azerbaijani authorities.
