CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of the professional consultancy services and digital administrative processes provided by NEXUS SOLUTIONS GLOBAL LTD, all service fees are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.

2. FINALITY OF TRANSACTION

• Strict Compliance: Once a payment is finalized and the service process has commenced, the Client acknowledges that the Company incurs immediate operational costs, statutory duties, and administrative overheads.

• No Cancellation: Therefore, no refunds, credits, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to; change of mind, application rejection by third-party authorities, or delays beyond the Company's control.

3. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By completing the payment for our services, the Client explicitly agrees to this No Refund Policy and waives any right to dispute the transaction based on a request for a refund.
