TOUR PACKAGES CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Written notice of cancellation for tour packages must be received at least 3 (three) business days prior to the scheduled tour date. For cancellations made within this timeframe, 75% of the total service fee will be refunded. The remaining 25% is non-refundable and shall be retained as a 'processing and administrative fee' to cover statutory stamp duties, banking commissions, currency exchange fluctuations, and predefined operational expenses.
