Detailed Tour Itinerary

The tour starts at 09:00, heading south to the Gobustan Rock Art Cultural Landscape (UNESCO Site). We visit the interactive museum and explore the ancient rock petroglyphs dating back 40,000 years. Next, we take a 4x4 vehicle to the active mud volcanoes of Gobustan. In the afternoon, we drive to the Absheron Peninsula to visit Ateshgah, the historic Fire Temple once used by Zoroastrians, followed by Yanar Dag (Burning Mountain), where natural gas vents keep the hillside perpetually on fire. Return to hotel by 17:00.
