AZERBAIJAN TRAVEL & VISA CONSULTANCY offers private consultancy packages for eligible applicants: Standard at USD 50 and Urgent at USD 100, per applicant. Both include the listed application charges and our consultancy fee.
ASAN states that Standard applications are processed within three working days and Urgent applications within three hours, including holidays and non-working days. These are official processing periods after ASAN accepts the application; our preparation and communication of the outcome are separate stages.

Both prices include the listed charges. There are no additional fees added by our consultancy to the confirmed package price.
For Urgent applications, we confirm the breakdown before payment. Our consultancy fee varies within the stated range while the package total remains USD 100.
If an applicant's circumstances fall outside these packages, we explain this during the initial review rather than adding unexpected charges later.
What Is Included in the Price?
Each component serves a different purpose. Understanding the distinction helps you compare the cost of applying independently with the cost of using a private service.
Government Visa Fee
The government visa fee is charged for consideration of the electronic visa application by the Azerbaijani authorities.
The amounts included in our packages are shown in the table. This component is separate from the fee for our assistance.
Official Portal Service Fee
The USD 9 portal service fee is associated with the official application system. It is separate from our consultancy fee, even though both use the term 'service fee'.
Payment Processing Fee
Our package breakdown allocates USD 2 to payment processing. This component is already included in both package totals and is not an Azerbaijani government visa charge.
Our Consultancy Service Fee
Our consultancy fee covers the agreed assistance provided by AZERBAIJAN TRAVEL & VISA CONSULTANCY.
The assistance may include identifying missing details, document preparation and arranging the official application, as agreed before payment. The initial eligibility review takes place before you pay; the paid service covers the preparation and application work agreed with you.
Standard e-Visa Service — USD 50
Our Standard service is intended for eligible travellers who have sufficient time before their planned arrival in Azerbaijan.
ASAN states that Standard applications are processed within three working days.
Standard is the more economical choice where you can allow time for document checks, submission and the official decision. Allow for our preparation stage as well as ASAN's processing period.
We recommend requesting assistance well ahead of your travel date, particularly if your documents require clarification.
Urgent e-Visa Service — USD 100
Our Urgent service is intended for eligible travellers who need an accelerated official application.
ASAN states that Urgent applications are processed within three hours, including holidays and non-working days.
ASAN's holiday processing applies to the official stage. We explain the timing of our review and submission before payment.
Urgent processing provides a faster official decision; it does not guarantee approval.
If a traveller's circumstances make the requested departure or arrival schedule unrealistic, we explain the concern during our initial review.
When Does e-Visa Processing Begin?
The official processing timeframe starts when ASAN accepts the application, not when you first contact or pay our consultancy. Preparation and communication of the outcome are separate stages.
After the initial review, service agreement and payment, we begin the agreed work in accordance with any applicable cancellation rights and requirements for an early start.

Our preparation stage ends with official submission. ASAN's acceptance marks the start of its processing period; our notification to you follows the official outcome.
Which Processing Option Should You Choose?
First establish whether you need an e-Visa. If you do, choose between Standard and Urgent according to your travel schedule, allowing time for preparation before official processing begins.
Some nationalities or passport holders may benefit from visa-free entry arrangements. Others may require a different procedure because of their travel purpose; our Visa Types guide explains these distinctions.

Choosing Urgent processing does not remove the need for an accurate application.
Are Azerbaijan e-Visa Fees Refundable?
ASAN states that payments made through its system are not refunded if an e-Visa application is refused. This rule does not automatically apply to every component of our private consultancy package.
Refund requests for our private service are assessed under the terms disclosed before payment and applicable law. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Payment alone does not mean that any applicable cancellation right has been lost. For cancellation or refund requests, contact our team through your agreed contact channel.
If information submitted to ASAN needs correcting, its FAQ says a new application is required. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. Responsibility for any resulting costs is considered separately under our service terms and applicable law.
Prices for Families and Multiple Applicants
The Standard and Urgent amounts shown on this page are per applicant, not per booking or household.
ASAN permits family and group applications, but a family application does not create one shared visa. Each traveller who needs an e-Visa is a separate applicant, including children. ASAN's FAQ also requires a separate application for a child recorded in a parent's passport.
Family members may have different eligibility or need different application routes. We review each traveller's circumstances before confirming the service and total price, including whether anyone qualifies for visa-free entry.

We help you identify missing information, prepare application details and understand what the agreed service covers. Our involvement supports preparation and submission; the Azerbaijani authorities assess the application and decide the outcome.

The consultancy component varies with the official application charge, keeping the total package price at USD 100. We confirm the complete breakdown before payment.
Will I pay anything extra after purchasing the package?
We do not add further consultancy or listed application charges within your confirmed package. Work outside the agreed scope is discussed separately before you authorise it.
Is the USD 9 portal service fee your consultancy fee?
No. It relates to the official portal. Our consultancy fee is the separate component covering our agreed assistance.
Does Urgent processing mean I will have an approved visa within three hours?
No. The official period starts when ASAN accepts the application. It excludes our preparation and communication stages, and approval remains the authority's decision.
Can I receive a refund if my e-Visa is refused?
ASAN does not refund payments made through its system following refusal. Requests concerning our private service are assessed separately under the disclosed terms and applicable law.
Can I apply without using a consultancy?
Yes. Our assistance is optional. Eligible travellers may apply directly through the official Azerbaijani e-Visa system.
