Thai passport holders are eligible to request an Azerbaijan ASAN e-Visa for an appropriate visit. If you prepare information on a phone, check the final identity fields and saved passport attachment as carefully as you would on a larger screen. A convenient preview or a completed message to a helper is not proof that the information intended for official submission is accurate and readable.
Check the passport details entered on your phone
Use the passport intended for Azerbaijan as the source for names, nationality, number and dates. Review what has actually been entered after typing or pasting. A device's saved suggestions or text correction can be useful for ordinary messages without being a reliable source for official identity information.
Read a requested field before deciding which item to copy. A passport number is not a residence-card number, and an old travel profile can still hold information from an earlier document. Where an entry is unclear, follow the actual form instruction and obtain clarification rather than select a plausible suggestion merely to finish the screen.
Check the final information on the device you are using before confirming submission. If a small screen makes the passport comparison difficult, use a clearer view or ask for assistance so that you can read the completed fields properly.
Check the date format being requested
Read the application's own instruction for date entry. A format familiar from a previous booking or a phone's regional settings should not be assumed to supply the requested answer automatically. Compare the resulting date with the passport or intended itinerary, rather than stop once the field contains something that looks complete.
Have the intended Azerbaijan arrival available alongside the relevant booking. A journey with connections can begin on a different date from arrival, so identify the event the application is asking about. Use the latest plan if a reservation has changed while the file is being prepared.
Check the nominated email in the same review. It should be an address that will be monitored for official correspondence. A message that reaches a private helper successfully does not establish that the official application's email field contains the same address.
Open the actual image selected for the application
A camera preview can look clear while the saved file or shared copy loses detail. Open the final identification-page attachment, inspect the photograph and read the names, number and dates. Check whether a reflection conceals a field or a crop removes part of the relevant page.
ASAN warns that unreadable photo-page evidence leads to rejection. Typed information cannot repair an image the issuing system cannot read. Replace an unclear final copy before submission rather than rely on how the original photograph appeared on another device.
Check which passport the image shows. Several saved copies can be readable while only one supports the current document number. If renewal has taken place, compare the entered details and the selected attachment together so that a replacement passport is not paired with an earlier page.
Check the Passport Used for Your Application
Thailand's ASAN entry concerns nationality eligibility, not blanket acceptance of every temporary, emergency or non-national document. Identify the actual category before buying ordinary-passport assistance. A suitability question needs a precise description of the document, not simply confirmation that it was possible to upload a photograph.
For multiple citizenship, ASAN requires nationality selection to correspond to the passport used for Azerbaijan. The e-Visa is invalid if the application document differs from the travel document. Settle the intended passport and any planned replacement before the final application is sent.

The end of a short trip is not necessarily that visa expiry, so compare the relevant dates rather than rely on the passport merely lasting beyond the holiday.
Confirm the permission the journey needs
The ordinary ASAN e-Visa is single entry, with a 90-day validity period and up to 30 days of stay within it. Compare both arrival and departure with the actual issued dates. A later arrival does not move the printed expiry, and the longer validity window is not permission to stay for 90 days.
Leaving Azerbaijan and returning is a further-entry question even where unused time remains. ASAN allows a new electronic application only after leaving the country. Explain a return itinerary before relying on another purchase as an automatic arrangement for it.
On issue, open the actual e-Visa rather than only a payment notification. Compare passport information and permission limits, then print the issued document and keep it with the matching passport. A small screenshot or a private confirmation is a different record from the complete official file.
