Paraguayan citizens are listed as eligible for Azerbaijan's ASAN e-Visa. The permission allows a single entry and up to 30 days of stay within a 90-day validity period. If the information supplied for assistance does not agree, establish the cause before proceeding: payment is a service stage, not proof that a conflicting passport record has become correct.
Identify exactly which passport details do not match
An enquiry might include a passport image showing one number and a booking record showing another. That does not necessarily mean the passport is unsuitable. It means the two records need checking against the document intended for Azerbaijan before either is used as the application source.
Describe the difference in concrete terms. Identify the field involved and which record supplied each version. A reviewer can help distinguish an old booking, a replaced passport and a simple typing error when the underlying information is available; they should not have to infer the cause from a vague request to “make it match”.
Keep a provisional answer provisional until it is resolved. Entering the most convenient version merely to complete the form can turn an organisational question into an inaccurate application. Use the actual passport and current application instructions to settle the record.
Find the source before changing the copy
Start with the current Paraguayan passport intended for travel. Compare its names, number, birth details and dates with the prepared fields. Where a saved customer profile differs, establish whether the profile needs updating rather than alter the passport information to preserve a familiar entry.
If the passport has been replaced, select a readable identification-page image of the intended document. A newly sent attachment can still show an older booklet, so its message date alone is not enough. Open the image and compare its number with the actual passport before treating it as current evidence.
Use the form's instructions when entering names, dates and document numbers. If a particular field remains unclear, seek clarification before submission and check the agreed entry against the passport.
Check nationality as well as the number
Paraguay's official ASAN listing establishes nationality eligibility. It does not depend on the country from which an organiser sends the request. A person living in Paraguay on another nationality's passport needs their actual document assessed rather than inherit Paraguayan eligibility from an address.
For someone with more than one nationality, choose the passport used for Azerbaijan before preparing the file. ASAN requires the nationality selection to correspond to that travel document. A page from one passport and fields from the other are not a consistent application simply because both belong to the same person.
Declare emergency, temporary or non-national document categories during the initial suitability review. A brief country entry does not settle every variation of travel document. Establish the actual category's ASAN suitability before paying for a service intended for an ordinary passport.
Make the evidence readable, then compare it
Inspect the final identification-page attachment at a useful size. Names, number and dates should be legible without reconstructing obscured characters from another message. ASAN states that an unreadable passport photo-page attachment leads to rejection.
Readability and consistency are separate checks. An image can be clear yet belong to the wrong document, and typed details can be accurate while the attachment remains unusable. Review both rather than assume that solving one problem removes the other.
The general preparation questions help explain the basic requirements. They do not add an unrelated document bundle or make extra material a substitute for the identification page requested by the electronic application. Keep the file focused on information that supports the actual request.
Compare passport and journey dates on their own terms
The passport must remain valid at least three months beyond the e-Visa's expiry date. Use that reference when checking the booklet. A holiday's planned return may be earlier, so simply counting from departure out of Azerbaijan is not the ASAN calculation.
The visa's 90-day validity is also distinct from the stay of up to 30 days. The entire stay must fit within validity. If arrival moves close to expiry, review the intended departure as well instead of assuming another full month becomes available automatically.
The permission covers one entry. A plan to leave and return needs the entry requirement considered separately; remaining days do not make the e-Visa reusable. Resolve these itinerary assumptions before selecting a service for an application that may not describe the full intended visit.
Let suitability review precede the payment decision
AZERBAIJAN TRAVEL & VISA CONSULTANCY, operated privately by Nexus Solutions Global Ltd., receives the request and reviews suitability first. Service and payment are then clarified. Payment precedes the agreed work, appropriate official application steps and communication of the authority's outcome. The review and payment workflow explains this ordering.
For appropriate assisted applications, the Standard total is 50 USD and the Urgent total is 100 USD, including relevant government charges. Read the fees and processing options after the request has been understood. Paying a total does not resolve an unanswered document question or guarantee approval from the authority.
Official Standard assessment takes three working days; official Urgent assessment takes three hours, including holidays and non-working days. Apply at least the corresponding interval before arrival, allowing separately for private review and payment. After grant, compare the issued details with the passport and print the checked e-Visa. Raise any remaining inconsistency before relying on it; private editing is not an official correction.
