Pakistani citizens are eligible to apply through Azerbaijan's ASAN e-Visa system with a suitable travel document and visit. Prepare the actual passport, readable identification-page evidence and accurate information requested by the electronic application. An online eligibility entry allows an application to be considered; it does not make every document category suitable or guarantee that the authority will issue a visa.
What the ASAN e-Visa covers for Pakistani citizens
An ASAN request concerns an electronic permission for an appropriate short visit. It should not be confused with every other Azerbaijan visa process discussed on the same search-results page. Requirements from a different application route should not be added to the electronic file merely because they appear in a broad national checklist.
Read the instructions applicable to the actual form. If a private reviewer asks for information to assess the proposed assistance, establish what the request is intended to clarify. That helps distinguish the official application from the private review.
The ordinary permission is single entry, valid for 90 days and permits up to 30 days of stay within its dates. Check that the intended visit fits before spending time on detailed data entry. A proposed departure and return is a further-entry question, while a short duration alone does not make every activity appropriate for the electronic route.
Settle the Pakistani passport being used
Place the current travel passport beside the application and read the name, nationality, number and dates from it. A saved booking or earlier form can help locate a record but should not override the actual document. Renewal can leave an old number stored in a familiar account long after it has ceased to be appropriate for a new application.
Identify an emergency, temporary or non-national document expressly before purchasing an ordinary-passport service. Pakistan's inclusion on the ASAN list is a nationality entry, not an acceptance decision for every document issued there. Obtain the relevant answer for an unusual category instead of hiding it behind a routine selection.
If the traveller has more than one nationality, ASAN requires the chosen country to correspond to the passport used for Azerbaijan. An e-Visa is invalid when the application document differs from the travel document. Decide which passport will be used before the final file is submitted, and keep the image and entered details tied to that choice.
Inspect evidence alongside the typed answers
Open the saved identification-page attachment. It should show readable names, number, dates and photograph, with no reflection or missing edge obscuring relevant information. ASAN warns that an unreadable photo-page copy leads to rejection; correct typing does not compensate for evidence the system cannot read.
Compare the number visible in the image with the number entered. A clear older passport page and accurate replacement details can still form an inconsistent application when combined. The check needs to establish both readability and identity, rather than stop as soon as a file has uploaded.
If an application field is unclear, check its instructions and resolve the question before filing. Tell the reviewer which detail needs confirmation, then compare the answer with the passport before the application proceeds.
Prepare dates and contact details that can be followed through
Have the intended Azerbaijan arrival, accommodation and contact information ready as requested. Read the complete itinerary across connections rather than assume that the first departure date is the arrival date. If a helper is organising the journey, confirm which version of the booking is being used for the application.
Check the passport-expiry answers in our FAQ when reviewing dates. ASAN requires the passport to last at least three months after the e-Visa expires. The end of a short holiday may precede that reference, so simply checking that the passport outlasts the visit can miss the condition.
Use an email address that will be monitored for official notifications. Arrange how the actual outcome will reach the applicant if someone else manages the correspondence. An organiser's assurance that the form is complete is not the issued e-Visa the traveller will need to inspect and retain.
Choose processing after the file is suitable
ASAN publishes Standard issue within three working days and Urgent issue within three hours, regardless of holidays and non-working days for the urgent option. Apply at least the corresponding period before arrival. Preparation, private review and payment arrangements happen before official submission and need their own time.
For an applicable assisted application, our total prices are 50 USD for Standard and 100 USD for Urgent, including relevant government charges. They are consultancy service totals, not a guarantee of approval or a claim about every direct government transaction. A faster timetable cannot resolve a document category that has not been established.

The review and payment process describes those separate steps. Our team can compare information and evidence and identify a mismatch, while the competent authority decides visa issue. Paying for assistance does not replace that decision or automatically turn a receipt into travel permission.
The final travel copy should come from the issued permission, after its identity details have been checked against the application passport. Check departure as well as arrival when reading its dates, then prepare the printout with that passport. The single-entry visa cannot be reused after departure, even if its validity period continues.
