Lithuanian passport holders are eligible to request an Azerbaijan ASAN e-Visa for a qualifying short visit. A final review is most useful when it follows the way the application fits together: establish the travel document, compare the evidence, check the visit and then confirm submission. Correcting a travel date is worthwhile, but it cannot resolve a file built around the wrong passport.
Choose the passport before checking the application details
First establish which passport will be used for Azerbaijan and whether it will be replaced before the journey. If renewal is planned, prepare the final application after that document decision is settled. Otherwise, accurate typing can still produce an application linked to a number the traveller does not intend to use.
Read the nationality and category on the actual document. Lithuanian residence is not proof of Lithuanian citizenship for someone travelling on another national passport. A temporary, emergency or non-national document also needs its own suitability answer before ordinary-passport assistance is purchased. The nationality list should not be asked to answer a document-category question it does not settle.
For a traveller with multiple citizenship, ASAN requires the selected nationality to correspond to the passport used for travel. A different application document makes the e-Visa invalid for the journey. This choice belongs at the start of the review because it determines which names, number, dates and image should be compared afterwards.
Match the entered identity to the evidence
Once the document is chosen, read the passport fields on the completed application against the booklet itself. Include the document number, names, nationality and relevant dates. Look at the answer actually entered, rather than a helper's note that the passport has already been checked.
Open the final identification-page attachment alongside those fields. It should show that same document, with legible information and a clear photograph. A clear image from an earlier passport does not support a replacement number simply because both belong to the applicant.
ASAN states that unreadable photo-page evidence leads to rejection. Inspect for reflections, blur, cropping and loss of detail in the version being uploaded. If an unclear field cannot be resolved from the booklet or readable copy, obtain the appropriate instruction before official submission instead of treating a plausible guess as a completed check.
Review the itinerary after the passport is settled
Prepare the intended arrival in Azerbaijan and the accommodation and contact information requested by the form. Read across any connections so that the date is the arrival being planned, rather than merely the day a journey starts elsewhere. Check with the organiser if their latest booking differs from the version used during preparation.
The normal electronic permission is valid for 90 days and allows up to 30 days of stay within that period. Compare departure as well as arrival. An itinerary can fit the start date yet still exceed the stay allowance or the final printed expiry; passing one comparison is not the same as passing all of them.
Single entry is another separate limit. If the plan includes leaving Azerbaijan and coming back, identify the further entry before relying on the ordinary permission. ASAN permits a new electronic application only after leaving the country. Unused validity and another payment while still inside should not be treated as automatic arrangements for the return.
Check expiry using the visa reference
The passport must last at least three months beyond the e-Visa's expiry. This comparison comes after identifying the document and relevant visa period; counting only from the last night of a short holiday can overlook the later reference specified by ASAN.
Our passport-expiry and eligibility FAQ helps distinguish the document condition from the permitted stay. Apply it to each traveller individually. A shared itinerary gives everyone travel dates to examine, but it does not give their passports the same expiry or make one person's review sufficient for the rest.
If this step identifies a renewal problem, return to the document decision before submitting. Changing the chosen passport affects identity fields and evidence, so those earlier checks need to be revisited. That is why a review order is more useful than a list in which each item is assumed to be independent.
Confirm what is about to happen next
Standard ASAN issue is within three working days; Urgent is within three hours, including holidays and non-working days. Apply at least the corresponding period before arrival. A file being reviewed by a private service has not necessarily reached official submission, so identify the stage before calculating how much time remains.
AZERBAIJAN TRAVEL & VISA CONSULTANCY, operated by Nexus Solutions Global Ltd., can provide independent private preparation assistance. Send a request for assessment first. We explain suitability, the proposed work and payment, start the agreed service after payment and communicate the authority's result. Our application-review sequence sets out those stages.
The applicable service totals are 50 USD for Standard and 100 USD for Urgent, including relevant government charges. Review and payment take place before the official assessment period. Neither service promises approval, and urgency cannot make unresolved passport information accurate.
Apply a shorter review to the issued result
When an e-Visa is issued, compare its passport information with the chosen document and its permission limits with the latest journey. Print it and carry it with that same passport. An application acknowledgement or payment receipt is not the issued permission.
Raise a discrepancy before travel. A correction to an organiser's list or a consultant's private customer record does not amend an official e-Visa. The final review is therefore a check of what the authority issued, not simply confirmation that the earlier preparation checklist was completed.
