Jordanian citizens are included on Azerbaijan's ASAN e-Visa list. With a suitable passport and proposed activity, the electronic route can provide single entry and up to 30 days of stay within a 90-day validity period. Prepare an accurate account of the intended visit before arranging submission: a short duration and an eligible nationality do not by themselves answer every question about suitability.
Describe the purpose and dates of your visit
Start with what the traveller intends to do in Azerbaijan, when they expect to arrive and where they plan to stay. The description should reflect those arrangements rather than be chosen because it looks easiest to enter. If the proposed activity is uncertain, raise the uncertainty while the file is being reviewed.
Prepare the information requested by the ASAN application. If a private reviewer asks for clarification, check how it relates to the assistance you need and whether it is part of the official submission. This helps keep the enquiry focused on the relevant information.
An ASAN e-Visa does not authorise paid employment. Describe the intended activity during review and confirm that the electronic route is suitable before paying for assistance. The length of a visit alone does not establish its suitability.
Make the itinerary understandable as a whole
Prepare the intended Azerbaijan arrival rather than simply the date the traveller leaves home. Read each connection and calendar date on the booking. The application should describe the arrival being planned, while the eventual issued permission must be checked for the dates actually granted.
Examine departure too. The normal 90-day visa validity does not mean 90 days of stay. Up to 30 days must fit within the printed validity window, so arriving late in that window does not create another month after expiry. When a reservation changes, compare the revised dates with both limits.
If the journey involves leaving Azerbaijan and returning, make that clear in the review request. The ordinary e-Visa is single entry. Remaining validity after departure is not a spare entry, and ASAN permits a new electronic application only after leaving Azerbaijan. A plan should not depend on a second payment while still inside automatically solving the return.
Use the passport that belongs with that plan
The chosen Jordanian passport supplies the nationality, number, names and dates for the application. An earlier form or booking can help locate information, but the actual current document remains the reference. Compare it with the completed fields rather than assuming that saved details are still correct.
For dual or multiple citizenship, ASAN requires nationality selection to correspond to the passport used for the journey. If the travel document differs from the application document, the e-Visa is invalid. Choose the document before final filing, and keep the identification-page image attached to that same choice.
An emergency, temporary or non-national document should be identified expressly. The country list establishes Jordan's nationality entry; it is not an acceptance decision for every possible document category. Clarify an unusual passport before an ordinary-passport service is purchased, rather than allowing the application label to conceal the question.
Prepare the details that allow a useful review
Have accurate arrival, accommodation and contact information ready as requested. Use an email address that will be monitored while the application is processed. A correct travel plan is still difficult to follow through if the outcome reaches an inaccessible or mistyped address.
Open the final passport identification-page attachment. Check the photograph and read the text, number and dates, looking for glare or cropping. ASAN warns that an unreadable photo-page copy leads to rejection. A descriptive enquiry or accurate typed information cannot repair evidence the issuing system cannot read.
Check the passport's expiry against the intended visa period. It must remain valid for at least three months after the e-Visa expires. Explain the visit before paying for preparation

ASAN publishes Standard issue within three working days and Urgent within three hours regardless of holidays and non-working days. Applications are required at least the corresponding period before arrival. Those periods follow official submission, after private review, clarification and payment. Urgency cannot resolve a purpose that has not yet been assessed as appropriate.
Check that the issued permission matches the intended use
On receipt, identify the actual decision rather than treating an application acknowledgement as an issued visa. Compare any e-Visa with the passport, the latest arrival and departure, entry count and stay allowance. Print it and carry it with the same travel document used for the application.
If the passport or plan changes afterwards, obtain the relevant instructions before relying on the earlier permission. A revised visit description held by a consultant is not an amendment to an official document. The final check connects the accurate plan prepared at the start with the permission actually granted at the end.
