Indonesian citizens holding eligible passports can apply for an Azerbaijan ASAN e-Visa before a qualifying short visit. The normal electronic visa allows one entry and up to 30 days of stay within a 90-day validity window. Check the passport, proposed arrival and application details before choosing optional assistance.
Check your Azerbaijan arrival date before applying
The normal electronic visa is single entry, valid for 90 days and permits up to 30 days of stay within that window. The 90 days are not a continuous stay allowance. Read the actual start, expiry and stay on the issued permission before finalising travel.
If the itinerary includes leaving Azerbaijan and returning, one single-entry e-Visa does not cover both arrivals merely because dates remain unused. Establish any further permission before booking. ASAN's conditions distinguish a new electronic application after departure from an attempt to obtain another one while still in the country.
For the e-Visa, the passport must remain valid for at least three months after the visa expires. Calculate from that end date, not simply three months after a short trip or a general arrival-date estimate. Resolve any renewal before applying with a passport number that will change.
Use one passport consistently
Read the identity fields from the passport intended for travel and provide a clear identification-page image. Compare names, number, nationality and expiry with the actual document rather than another person's booking or an old scan. Obtain instructions for a field you cannot interpret rather than invent a substitute name.
A person resident in Indonesia is not necessarily an Indonesian citizen. Conversely, an Indonesian passport holder living elsewhere should not select the residence country's citizenship in the application. A genuine second passport would be assessed on its own basis, using the same document consistently for the journey.
An emergency or other unusual travel document requires its own recognition and route check. Ordinary nationality eligibility does not prove that every document issued by Indonesia can use every listed route. Identify the category before paying for a service.
Pay only for the service you actually choose
Our role is independent preparation and checking, not operation of ASAN or an airport visa counter. If you choose a qualifying electronic assistance service, our team reviews the request, clarifies scope and payment, then begins the agreed service after payment and communicates the authority's result.
Use the initial review to settle the passport category and information needed before selecting a processing option. A faster official timetable is useful once the application is ready; the authority still decides whether to grant the visa.

Indonesian passport holders are included on the ASAN eligibility list and can use the electronic application route before travel where it is suitable. Our preparation assistance is optional. Check which arrangement applies to your visit before choosing a service.
The useful decision is whether this particular electronic application fits your passport and visit. Confirm the document category and intended activity first, then prepare one consistent file. Do not use a different nationality to make the online form accept a document it does not recognise.
Prepare a scan that can actually be read
Use the identification page of the passport intended for the journey. Check the saved copy for blur, reflections and missing edges before uploading it. ASAN states that an unreadable passport photo-page attachment leads to rejection, so check the file that will actually be submitted.
Read each identity field from the passport. If the name-entry instructions are unclear, ask for clarification before submission and check the completed answer with the person assisting you.
Give the official timetable a realistic starting point
ASAN publishes standard assessment within three working days and urgent assessment within three hours, including holidays and non-working days for urgent issue. These periods apply to the official process. A private request may still need review, clarification and payment before the application is submitted.
Standard assistance costs a total of 50 USD and Urgent assistance 100 USD for applicable applications through our service, including relevant government charges. Eligibility and service conditions are reviewed before payment. These are consultancy totals, not a separate government fee to be added later, and urgency does not guarantee a favourable decision.
After submission, keep track of the actual outcome
Check the email address entered in the application and retain the official correspondence. An acceptance message or payment notification is not the same as an issued visa. When the result arrives, read the document itself and compare it with the passport.
Print an issued e-Visa and carry it with that matching passport. If details differ, ask for instructions before the journey. A changed booking, a replacement passport or unused days on a single-entry permission should never be treated as an automatic amendment to the official document.
