Before You Apply

  • Check the passport category you will use and match the application to that travel document.
  • Check passport validity: at least 3 months beyond the intended e-Visa expiry.
  • Check the identity details and readable identification-page copy before official submission.

Honduran passport holders are included on Azerbaijan’s ASAN e-Visa list. An eligible applicant can prepare an electronic application for a suitable short visit. The ordinary permission provides one entry and up to 30 days in Azerbaijan within 90 days of validity. Keep a clear record linking the passport, application details and official outcome, especially when someone else helps organise the journey.

Keep each Honduran traveller’s application separate

Start with the passport that will be carried to Azerbaijan. Associate its identification-page copy with the intended arrival and the applicant’s contact information. A practical file label can help an organiser avoid attaching a companion’s passport, but no private naming system replaces reading the document itself.

Use the current passport for name, nationality, number and dates. Follow the form’s instructions instead of copying a previous application without review. A saved travel profile can contain an older number or an abbreviation that does not supply the identity information being requested.

Check any unclear field against the passport and obtain the appropriate instructions before filing. Confirm that the completed name, nationality and identifiers describe the traveller's actual document.

Check that the chosen passport stays the same

ASAN’s conditions require a person with multiple citizenship to select the country corresponding to the travel document used for Azerbaijan. Keep the nationality, number and image aligned with that chosen passport. The electronic permission is invalid if the application document differs from the document used for travel.

Residence in Honduras does not establish Honduran citizenship for every traveller at the same address. Check a different passport separately in the nationality and eligibility guidance. Shared flights and accommodation do not make a lead applicant’s eligibility apply to the whole group.

For temporary, emergency or non-national documents, identify the actual category and obtain confirmation of suitability before purchasing an ordinary-passport service. The country’s appearance on the list does not establish acceptance of every document issued there.

Inspect the saved evidence before sending it

Prepare a readable copy of the passport identification page. Open the saved image and inspect the photograph, text, number and dates. Check for glare across a field, a cropped edge or loss of detail after the image was shared or resized.

ASAN says an unreadable attached photo page results in rejection. Typed details cannot compensate for evidence the issuing system cannot read. Replace the copy before submission instead of relying on another person’s assurance that the original photo looked clear.

If an organiser is handling several files, make a final comparison between each uploaded page and the right passport holder. A receipt associated with the wrong customer name will not make a mismatched upload suitable. Keep actual identity evidence separate from shared itinerary information.

Resolve expiry before making the final application

The passport must remain valid for at least three months after the e-Visa expires. Calculate from that visa end date rather than only the end of a short holiday. The electronic validity may continue beyond the intended visit, so the two reference dates can give different answers.

If replacement is planned before travel, settle the new passport before preparing its final file. Do not use an old image with replacement details. Permission issued against an earlier document should not be assumed to transfer automatically to the new number.

If the passport changes after submission or issue, obtain instructions before relying on the earlier permission. Updating an organiser’s list, a booking account or a consultant’s customer profile does not amend the official e-Visa.

Read the journey against the electronic limits

Have accurate intended arrival, accommodation and contact information ready as appropriate to the application. Check the Azerbaijan arrival across overnight connections. The day the journey begins may differ from arrival, and a later booking amendment should be compared with the actual permission rather than assumed to change it.

The normal e-Visa is valid for 90 days but allows up to 30 days of stay within it. Departure must fit both the stay limit and the final printed date. The longer window is not permission to remain for 90 days, and arriving near expiry does not add another month beyond it.

The visa is single entry. Leaving Azerbaijan and coming back creates another entry question. Unused time does not make the same document reusable. ASAN permits a new electronic application only after leaving Azerbaijan, so another purchase while still inside should not be treated as an automatic return arrangement.

Keep payment, submission and outcome distinct

ASAN publishes Standard issue within three working days and Urgent within three hours regardless of holidays and non-working days. Applications must be made at least the corresponding period before arrival. Allow time for preparation and for examining the actual result as well as official assessment.

When an organiser is involved, tell AZERBAIJAN TRAVEL & VISA CONSULTANCY who should receive each outcome. This independent private consultancy is operated by Nexus Solutions Global Ltd. We review the actual request and suitability before explaining the service and payment. Agreed work starts after payment, and we send the authority’s result with a clear indication of which traveller it concerns.

Our Standard assisted application is 50 USD total; Urgent is 100 USD total, including relevant government charges. These service totals are explained before payment. The preliminary record check occurs before official assessment, and no payment or organising arrangement guarantees approval.

Monitor the nominated email. An application acknowledgement or payment notification is not the issued visa. Compare any issued permission with the passport, inspect the dates, stay and entries, print it and carry it with the same travel document. Describe the actual activity during review, since an e-Visa does not authorise paid employment.

Ask Our Team

No. Read each person’s actual passport and nationality. Shared transport or accommodation does not establish identical document categories or application outcomes.

Provide the actual issued e-Visa and relevant official messages, not only a payment receipt. The traveller should compare the permission with the passport and retain a printout.

No. A private list and an official e-Visa are different records. Obtain instructions about a discrepancy before relying on the permission for travel.
