Brazilian citizens are included on the official ASAN e-Visa list. An eligible Brazilian passport holder can prepare an electronic application for a suitable Azerbaijan visit. The normal permission gives one entry and up to 30 days in the country within a 90-day validity window. Settle the identity information and passport copy before selecting a processing option.
Use the passport you will take to Azerbaijan
Place the passport intended for travel beside the application. Read the requested information from its identification page, following the instructions displayed on the ASAN form. A booking account can be useful for an itinerary, but its saved name or passport number should not replace the document’s current identity details.
Check every part of the name requested by the application against the passport, rather than relying on an everyday abbreviation. If an entry instruction remains unclear, ask for clarification before submitting so that the record corresponds to the document.
Read numbers character by character. Compare dates of birth, issue and expiry with the particular field being completed. A completed form can look tidy while still containing the wrong passport number or a date copied from the wrong line. A final comparison against the document is more useful than checking only whether every box is filled.
Review the exact file that will be uploaded
Prepare a readable image of the passport’s identification page and open the saved copy. Look at the photograph, text, number and dates. Glare across a number, an omitted edge or loss of detail after sending an image can make the evidence unsuitable even when the original photograph seemed clear.
ASAN’s conditions state that an unreadable attached photo page leads to rejection. The typed form and the image serve related purposes, but correct typing does not repair an unreadable upload. Replace the file before submission if the details cannot be read reliably.
Keep the image associated with the correct traveller if several applications are being prepared. Use clear filenames, then open each attachment to check that it shows the intended applicant's passport.
Settle renewal and nationality before applying
ASAN requires the passport to remain valid for at least three months after the e-Visa expires. Calculate from the visa’s end date, not simply the last day of a short holiday. Examine the intended visa period and passport expiry together before deciding that renewal can wait.
If a replacement passport is planned before travel, settle that document first. Do not type the replacement number while uploading the previous identification page. An electronic permission linked to an earlier passport should not be assumed to transfer automatically to a new booklet.
For multiple citizenship, choose the nationality corresponding to the passport intended for Azerbaijan. ASAN’s conditions make the e-Visa invalid if the application document differs from the document used for travel. Residence in Brazil should not be substituted for citizenship when the traveller holds another national passport. Check companions in the eligible-country directory using their own documents.
An emergency, temporary or non-national document deserves an express suitability check. A listed nationality does not establish acceptance of every document issued in that country. Identify the category before paying for an ordinary-passport application package.
Check what the issued permission will cover
The normal ASAN e-Visa is single entry, valid for 90 days and allows up to 30 days of stay within those dates. The longer validity is not a 90-day stay allowance. Both the permitted stay and the printed final date need to accommodate departure.
Leaving Azerbaijan and returning is another entry, even if the first visit was short. Unused time does not make the first visa reusable. ASAN says a new electronic application may be made only after leaving Azerbaijan, so resolve a proposed return itinerary before assuming another purchase while still inside provides permission.
Describe the actual purpose of the visit when establishing ASAN suitability. The electronic visa does not authorise paid employment. Raise an uncertain activity before selecting a service rather than choosing a convenient description simply because the planned visit is brief.
Choose Standard or Urgent for a prepared application
ASAN publishes Standard issue within three working days and Urgent within three hours regardless of holidays and non-working days. Applications are required at least the corresponding period before arrival. Leave room for preparation and for inspecting the decision, rather than treating the latest possible filing time as a target.
AZERBAIJAN TRAVEL & VISA CONSULTANCY, operated by Nexus Solutions Global Ltd., offers independent assistance. You first send a request; our team reviews eligibility, explains the service and confirms payment. The agreed work starts after payment, followed by the appropriate official application and communication of the authority’s outcome.
For a suitable assisted application, Standard is 50 USD total and Urgent 100 USD total, including relevant government charges. These are private consultancy totals. Initial review and the time before payment come before official assessment. Assistance cannot guarantee approval.
Keep the actual outcome, then print the visa
Check the nominated email carefully and monitor it for official messages. An application acknowledgement or receipt confirms a process stage; it is not the issued permission. When a visa arrives, compare its details with the passport and read its dates, entry count and permitted stay.
Print the issued document and keep it with the matching passport. If an error or document change affects the file, obtain instructions before travelling. Updating a booking or private customer record does not amend the official e-Visa.
