Argentine passport holders are on Azerbaijan’s ASAN e-Visa eligibility list. For a suitable short visit, the normal electronic permission provides one entry and up to 30 days of stay within a 90-day validity window. Prepare the file around the intended arrival in Azerbaijan and the passport you will carry, then choose the appropriate assessment option.
Plan your application around arrival in Azerbaijan
A journey starting in Argentina may leave on a different calendar day from arrival in Azerbaijan. Read the complete itinerary before entering the intended arrival. Use the Azerbaijan arrival date rather than assuming the outbound departure date supplies the correct starting point for the visa.
Keep a practical record of arrival and departure alongside the application. If a connection changes, review both ends of the visit. Moving a flight does not amend an issued e-Visa. A revised arrival may still fit the permission, but that does not establish that the revised departure fits the maximum stay and final validity date as well.
Avoid planning to receive the outcome only while already travelling. The official processing period and the time needed to prepare and inspect the application are separate. A readable passport copy, a monitored email and settled identity details should be ready before the official clock begins.
Understand the dates on the e-Visa
The usual ASAN permission is valid for 90 days and permits a stay of up to 30 days within those validity dates. Those numbers should not be treated as alternative descriptions of the same allowance. The longer window does not authorise a 90-day stay, and entering shortly before expiry does not add another 30 days beyond it.
The Standard visa’s starting date is determined for a day at least three working days after standard submission. Urgent validity starts on the day of issue under ASAN’s published conditions. Check the actual dates on the issued document rather than relying on a general statement that validity always begins with arrival or always begins with application.
One entry means that a side trip outside Azerbaijan and a return require separate consideration. Unused days do not restore an entry once used. ASAN permits a new electronic application only after leaving Azerbaijan. Raise a return itinerary before making assumptions about a second application.
Settle the passport before choosing a service
The passport must remain valid for at least three months after the e-Visa expires. Use the visa’s end date for the calculation. Counting only from the end of a short holiday can produce a different and insufficient reference.
If renewal is planned, prepare the application after the intended travel passport is settled. Do not combine an old identification-page image with a new number. The application document and travel document must be the same under ASAN’s conditions; a replacement passport should not be assumed to inherit an existing electronic permission.
For dual nationality, select the country corresponding to the passport used for Azerbaijan. An Argentine citizen who genuinely travels on another passport should assess that document’s eligibility and conditions. Living in Argentina, or holding a document issued there, does not by itself establish an ordinary Argentine national-passport application.
Check the saved image and the entered details together
Make a readable copy of the identification page and inspect it after saving. Check the photograph, names, number and dates for blur, glare and cropping. ASAN states that an unreadable attached photo page leads to rejection. A correctly typed passport number cannot repair a page that the system cannot read.
Use the passport and the live form’s instructions when entering identity information. A shortened name in an airline account or a familiar national identifier should not override the requested passport details. Where the instructions leave a genuine uncertainty, obtain clarification before official submission.
Prepare accurate contact information and the intended arrival and accommodation details needed for the application. Monitor the nominated email for official notifications. If somebody else assists, agree how the actual result will be delivered and keep a copy accessible to the traveller.
What Standard and Urgent mean
ASAN publishes Standard issue within three working days and Urgent within three hours regardless of holidays and non-working days. It requires applications at least those periods before arrival. Working days should not be counted as three consecutive calendar dates without considering the actual submission timetable.
Our service begins with an enquiry to AZERBAIJAN TRAVEL & VISA CONSULTANCY, operated by Nexus Solutions Global Ltd. We review suitability, explain the agreed assistance and clarify payment. After payment, work begins and the appropriate official submission is made. We then communicate the authority’s result.
For an applicable assisted ASAN application, Standard costs 50 USD total and Urgent 100 USD total, including relevant government charges. These are independent consultancy prices. The preliminary review and the time before payment fall outside official assessment. Urgency does not waive accuracy requirements or guarantee approval.
Receive, inspect and print the outcome
An application acknowledgement and a payment notification record stages of the process. Neither is the issued visa. Open the actual permission when it arrives, compare its passport details and check the entry count, stay allowance and validity against the latest itinerary.
Print the issued e-Visa and carry it with the matching passport. Where a discrepancy appears, seek instructions before travelling on it. Changing a customer account or reservation does not correct the official document. If the application is refused, read the authority’s stated grounds rather than assuming another payment guarantees a different outcome.
