Andorra appears on the official ASAN list, so eligible Andorran passport holders can apply electronically for a suitable Azerbaijan visit. The normal e-Visa is single entry, with 90 days of validity and a maximum stay of 30 days within that period. Establish which passport you will use before preparing the form: residence in Andorra and Andorran citizenship are different facts.
Confirm the nationality shown in your Andorran passport
An application organiser may be arranging travel for people who live at the same address but have different passports. Check the holder’s nationality and document for each file. An Andorran residence record should not be used to select Andorran citizenship for a person travelling on another national passport.
For an actual Andorran passport, prepare the application from the booklet intended for Azerbaijan. If another passport is involved, check that nationality independently in the eligible-country directory. The directory identifies listed countries; it does not transfer one person’s eligibility to a companion.
ASAN’s conditions also address applicants with more than one nationality. The selected country must correspond to the travel document used for the journey. Keep the nationality, number, uploaded page and final travel document consistent. A convenient choice in a drop-down list cannot replace the document you actually hold.
Decide whether the passport needs attention first
Read the passport’s expiry before entering any application details. ASAN requires at least three months of remaining validity after the electronic visa expires. Count from the visa end date, rather than simply adding three months to the final day of a short visit.
The e-Visa’s 90-day validity and the passport-validity requirement work together. A passport may last beyond the holiday yet fail the later visa-expiry reference. Check the actual dates carefully, particularly when the passport is nearing renewal. If the expiry calculation is unclear, resolve it before an official submission and payment.
Where a passport will be replaced, use the settled replacement document for the application. Do not type the new number while uploading an earlier scan. An e-Visa obtained against one document should not be assumed to transfer to another. For a temporary or unusual travel document, seek confirmation that the particular category is suitable for ASAN rather than relying on the country entry alone.
Prepare the passport copy and contact details
Begin with a readable image of the passport identification page. Open it after saving and inspect the identity fields, photograph, number and dates. Check for glare and missing edges. A photograph that looks sharp on a phone can still be unreadable when opened at the size needed for reviewing the fields.
Copy the requested information from the passport and follow the instructions displayed on the form. Have the intended Azerbaijan arrival, accommodation and contact information ready as appropriate to the application. If a field is unclear, obtain instructions rather than use a residence-card number or an old customer profile as a substitute.
Choose an email address you can monitor. ASAN sends application, payment and decision notifications to the address entered. If someone else prepares the file, agree who will monitor correspondence and how the issued document will reach you. An organiser’s message that everything has been paid does not establish the official outcome.
Check the visit against both time limits
A normal ASAN e-Visa permits up to 30 days in Azerbaijan within its 90-day validity. Plan the departure as carefully as the arrival. The validity window is not permission to stay for 90 days, and a late arrival does not extend the final date printed on the visa.
The permission is single entry. If you leave Azerbaijan during the journey, the same visa does not provide a second entry merely because days remain unused. ASAN’s conditions say a new electronic application may be made only after departure from Azerbaijan. Deal with a proposed return as a separate application question rather than treating the first permission as reusable.
Describe the visit accurately when establishing ASAN suitability. The e-Visa does not authorise paid employment. A brief stay does not remove that restriction, so raise an uncertain activity in the initial enquiry before selecting an assisted application.
Choose a timetable after the file is ready
The official Standard period is three working days. Urgent issue is within three hours regardless of holidays and non-working days. ASAN requires the application at least the corresponding period before arrival. Leave a practical margin for preparing the file, receiving the outcome and examining the issued document.
AZERBAIJAN TRAVEL & VISA CONSULTANCY can provide optional preparation and checking. Our operator is Nexus Solutions Global Ltd., an independent private company. Send a request first. We review suitability, explain the service and payment, then start the agreed assistance after payment. We communicate the authority’s result; we do not make the visa decision.
The total price for a suitable assisted application is 50 USD for Standard or 100 USD for Urgent, including relevant government charges. Our initial review and the period before payment precede official assessment. Neither a complete file nor an Urgent package guarantees approval.
Finish with the issued permission
Once the result arrives, inspect the e-Visa itself. Compare the identity details and passport number with the booklet intended for travel. Then read the first and last validity dates, permitted stay and entries together. Print the issued document and keep it with that matching passport.
If plans change, compare the revised journey with those same limits. A changed reservation does not change the official document. If a mismatch appears, obtain instructions before relying on the permission; updating an organiser’s spreadsheet or a consultancy record cannot amend it.
